These cornerstones are not magic by themselves but very much needed for a witch to be on the road of reaching the high aim of ability. Nurture you fantasy and imagination. They take you far and are needed on the road. You need to forget about religion also for imprisoning your mind would not give you freedom for spells. The more emotional and deeply knotted the roots of your secret vision are, the more potent will they be to affect the working of your charms. So be conscious of your emotions and work with them. The best witches play the game of the actors. They jar their emotions and take them out whenever needed to help with the work.  

The controlled daydreaming is a key to good witchcraft. The second side is will power. You need to be able to separate your everyday life from your work as a witch. You need to dare. Do not forget, when you want something very much it might seem a selfish egocentric deed for others in the everyday existence, however, that is what you need for your spells. This behaviour might be against your beliefs of kindness and so on, but happiness is not given for that. Happiness is reaching your goals and having the person you love around you. If you do not succeed once try again.

One word of caution is needed. Do not try anything you feel impossible. You either need to change the feeling or forget about the spell. Do not forget, you want to become a witch and not  God. It is faith with big letters. It might sound strange thing to concern a witch, however, the outcome of the witchcraft mainly depend on this. Unfortunately religions changed the real meaning of the word saying that faith is connected to a strong belief system that has borders. Being a witch is a belief system, when you trust your own self and that is what we talk about. It is true for all people whether they call themselves saints or witches. Saying a prayer is a spell by itself, therefore it is no different. Unless you possess a rock firm faith in your power and your work you will never succeed. There is something very important. A witch never breaks her word. If you do not believe in the good outcome of your work, do not promise. The last but not the least important consideration is secrecy.

Witchcraft consist of knowledge and knowledge brings power. Power shared is power lost. I mean, you should never talk about the spells, the rituals and anything you do unless you are ready to teach the whole concept. So keep your doings under the veil of secrecy.
